Bulova One-Year Clock Warranty Return to Shopping Cart

COVERAGE:

Your new Bulova clock is warranted to the owner for one full year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the clock that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Bulova's obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty excludes the battery and excessive wear or damage to the case or face of the clock, and does not protect against water damage if the model is not marked water-resistant, as in the case of outdoor clocks.
Bulova is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the clock. All implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are limited to one year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary for state to state, so the limitations in this paragraph may not apply to you.

IF SERVICE IS REQUIRED:

Bulova clocks have been engineered to provide years of use with minimal need for service. The only regular care demanded is replacement of the battery if a quartz clock. In the unlikely event service is needed within the warranty period, first replace the battery in a quartz clock. If this does not correct the problem, send a statement outlining the specific nature of the problem along with the clock in a durable, protective wrapping, postage prepaid and with a $5.50 shipping/handling fee to:
Service Department 26-15 Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Woodside, New York 11377 (Do not show the name 'Bulova' as part of the address)

POST-WARRANTY SERVICE:

Bulova's staff of clockmakers are experts at repairing and restoring Bulova clocks. For repairs outside of warranty, a $10.00 charge will be assessed to cover cost of repair evaluation, postage and handling if repair authorization is refused. Post-warranty repairs should be mailed to the address above.
