Q. What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Bulova product you may return it
to us within 21 days of the date of the invoice. We do not charge restocking
fees, you are only required to pay for the shipping and handling charges and
the credit card merchant fees for returned items of 5% of the total retail price.
In the case of items which have been shipped free of charge, we will charge you
for the shipping. All our items are shipped fully insured and should a shipment
appear to be visibly damaged on arrival you should refuse to accept it and contact
us via email to sales@allamericanemployeeawards.com
to request a replacement. All items to be returned will require our Return Merchandise
Authorization number which should be requested through the above email address
and must be clearly written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping
label. Returned items must be new and unused and must be accompanied by their
original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals. When returning
items, the package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by
a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service
registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.
Q. Is your ordering system secure? Is your site secure?
We use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption process
from the very moment you begin to place your order with AllAmericanClocks.com
so that your information is fully secure and your purchase protected. When you
look at our domain address on your Internet browser during this process you
will see the http:// change to https:// evidencing this secure environment.
It is not possible for any third party to un-encrypt this communication at this
stage and so your information is perfectly safe.
To further protect you from credit card fraud we will not ship items to any
address other than the primary card holder's address unless an alternative address
has been pre-approved by the issuing bank This alternative address must be requested
by the primary card holder prior to placing an order (see Q below. To where

Do your clocks carry a warranty?
Bulova clocks carry a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The
warranty covers any and all parts of the clock that may need repair due
to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The incidence of defects
in new Bulova clocks is extremely low. Please note that damage
caused by neglect or misuse is not covered under the Bulova warranty.
Q. What if the item I have selected is not available?
If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days
via email and you will be able to choose to either cancel the order, make an
alternative selection or wait until the item is available.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
AllAmericanClocks.com is operated out of the State of Connecticut. All orders
for Bulova clocks placed by residents of the State of Connecticut are subject
to a Connecticut State Sales Tax of 6%. For purchases made by residents in all
other states in America, AllAmericanClocks.com is not required to charge sales
tax.
Q. When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card on the day that the item is shipped. In the unlikely
event that an item is placed on back order, we will not charge your credit card
until the day that the item ships. If an item is not available you will be notified
within three business days via email and you will be able to choose to either
cancel the order, make an alternative selection or wait until the item is available.
Please note that from time to time we offer limited addition Bulova items. When
these items are out of stock they cannot be reordered.
Q. How will I know my order has been received?
You will be sent an email confirming your order to the email address given to
us at the time you place your order. If an item is not available you will be
notified within two business days via email and you will be able to choose
to either cancel the order, make an alternative selection or wait until the
item is available.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
We are only able to ship our Bulova products to customers within the United
States against credit cards issued by US domestic banks.
Q. To where can I have my order shipped?
Orders can be shipped to any address within the United States provided that
we are given a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to PO
Boxes.
For the protection of our customers, orders will only be shipped to the primary
billing address of the credit card holder. If you wish to place an order for
deliver to an address other than the primary billing address on your credit
card you will need to notify the credit card issuing bank of this alternative
address before placing your order with us. Simply call your credit card company
using the toll free number on the back of your credit card and create an 'alternate
shipping address'. This serves simply as a note on your account, stating that
goods can be delivered to this alternative address, other than the primary card
holder's address. All shipments over $500 must be signed for by the addressee.
Please note that customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute an order
after it has been processed and delivered to our shippers. You must ensure that
the address to which you are requesting delivery is an acceptable and workable
arrangement for you, especially on orders over $500.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
We ship all our Bulova clocks with a guaranteed five days delivery to any address in the lower 48 states. Shipping is charged at the average basic UPS ground residential rate by
weight plus a packaging and handling charge of $7.00 per order. All American Clocks
does not profit from charging unfair shipping and handling costs.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
Once your credit is approved, usually in 'real time' while placing your order,
the item will be shipped within two business days. If the item is not available
you will be notified via email at that time and invited to either change your
order, cancel the order, or wait until the item is in stock.
Q. Are your Bulova products new?
Yes, all our Bulova clocks come brand new from the manufacturer in the original packaging and are shipped directly to you.
Q. Are your Bulova products genuine articles?
Yes, all our Bulova clocks are the genuine Bulova article and shipped directly
to you.
Q. Do you match prices?
No, we do not match prices as all our Bulova clocks are brand new, shipped
directly to you and covered by Bulover's full warranty terms and conditions.
