AllAmericanEmployeeAWards offers the complete range of all currently available Bulova clocks, Bulova miniature clocks, Frank Lloyd Wright clocks, Smithsonian clocks and Pfaltzgraff clocks. We offer over 250 Bulova products on this site. You can shop AllAmericanEmployeeAwards in three ways:

1. If you know what type of Bulova clock you want (mantel clock, wall clock, desk clock etc.), go directly to the navigation bar, we offer:

3. If you already know the model number of the Bulova product (usually on the bottom or back of the case), enter this number into the Search box on our Home page and hit "Search".

Once you have identified your product, just add the item to your shopping cart. You can make changes to your shopping cart or add additional items at any time by clicking on the shopping cart tab at the top of the screen.

When you have finished shopping, and are ready to check out, just review your selections in the shopping cart, click the Check Out icon and follow the easy instructions.

Please be sure that the name and billing address you submit exactly match the information for your credit card, so we can process your order promptly. Complete the whole ordering process to insure we receive your order. We will send you an email confirming your order with your order number.

Back Orders

If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days via email. You will be able to cancel the order, make an alternative selection, or wait until your first choice becomes available. Please note: from time to time we offer select, limited edition Bulova items only available for a short time. Once these items are out of stock they will not be back ordered.

Shipping

Our clocks are shipped via UPS Ground shipment. Estimated delivery times vary with your state address. The map below gives you the estimated arrival from the date of shipment.

We are only able to ship our Bulova products to customers within the United States against credit cards issued by US domestic banks. Orders can be shipped to any address within the United States provided that we are given a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.

For the protection of our customers, orders will only be shipped to the primary billing address of the credit card holder. If you wish to place an order for deliver to an address other than the primary billing address on your credit card you will need to notify the credit card issuing bank of this alternative address before placing your order with us. Simply call your credit card company using the toll free number on the back of your credit card and create an 'alternate shipping address'. This serves simply as a note on your account, stating that goods can be delivered to this alternative address, as opposed to the primary card holder's billing address. All shipments over $500 must be signed for by the addressee.

Please note that customers will be charged a fee of $15 to reroute an order after it has been processed and delivered to our shippers. You must ensure that the address to which you are requesting delivery is an acceptable and workable arrangement for you, especially on orders over $500.

Shipping Charges

We ship all Bulova clocks with guaranteed five day delivery in the lower 48 states. Orders are charged at the average basic UPS ground residential rate by weight plus a packaging and handling charge of $5.00 per order. All our watches are shipped UPS Ground for a flat ratre of $10.95.On watches you may request 2nd Day Air flat rate $19.00 or One Day Air flat rate $39.95. AllAmericanClocks does not profit from charging unfair shipping and handling costs.

All items are fully insured with the shipping company. If you do not receive your goods, or if the items are damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@allamericanemployeeawards.com and we will file a claim. You must keep the original packaging materials as the shipping company may request examination.

Order Processing

Once your credit is approved, usually in 'real time' while placing your order, the item will be shipped within two to three business days.

Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Bulova product you may return it to us within 21 days of the invoice date. We do not charge restocking fees, you only pay for the shipping and handling charges and the credit card merchant fee for returned items of 5% of the total retail price. Please note that if an items has been shipped to you free of charge, we will make a deduction for this shipping charge together with the credit card merchant fees of 5% of the total transaction price.

All of our items are shipped fully insured. Should a shipment appear to be visibly damaged upon arrival, you should refuse to accept it, then contact us via email at sales@allamericanemployeeawards.com to request a replacement.

All returned items require our Return Merchandise Authorization number. Get your Return Authorization at sales@allamericanemployeeawards.com . Clearly write this number on your original invoice and the return shipping label. The package must be prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, FedEx or United States Postal Service registered mail. Please allow up to 14 days to process a refund.

Returned items must be new and unused. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals.

Warranties

Bulova clocks carry a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the clock that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The incidence of defects in new Bulova clocks is extremely low. Please note that damage caused by neglect or misuse is not covered under the Bulova warranty.

Pricing

We offer competitive pricing on all our products featured here at AllAmericanEmployeeAwards. All of our Bulova products are genuine brand new, direct from the manufacturer, and covered by Bulova's full warranty terms and conditions.

Tax

AllAmericanEmployeeAwards is located in Connecticut. All orders from residents of the State of Connecticut are subject to a Connecticut State Sales Tax of 6%. For purchases made by residents of all other states AllAmericanEmployeeAwards.com is not required to charge sales tax.
